Cumberland Sauce

I made some Cumberland sauce today:

Redcurrant Jelly
  • 200g redcurrant jelly
  • 50ml port
  • 1tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp ground ginger
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1 orange

Hopefully they'll make good xmas prezzies
