I made some Cumberland sauce today:

| Redcurrant Jelly |
- 200g redcurrant jelly
- 50ml port
- 1tsp cayenne pepper
- 1tsp ground ginger
- zest of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 orange
Hopefully they'll make good xmas prezzies
